Barolo Giulia Negri is the fruit of our estate's warmest, sandiest terrain. It has unmistakable characteristics, perfectly balanced between mineral depth and an aroma of wild berries. The Langhe Bianco is obtained by mixing Chardonnay grapes (Bourgogne clones) planted by Roberto Cipresso in the Estate's coldest, north-facing terrain bordering the Tartufaia truffle ground, with grapes of another variety. It has pronounced fruitiness and is aromatic. The Langhe Rosso is a masterpiece of elegance. Its identity is unmistakably that of the best Nebbiolo mixed with a grape variety that has been carefully selected for its ability to match the great vines of Piedmont. Livio Cavalotti is in charge of the vineyard, and the vinification and aging of wines that take place exclusively in the ancient buildings on the property.
