Serradenari’s truffle ground extends over 7 hectares (17.3 acres) in the heart of a region known the world over as home of the white truffle of Alba. Here, in north-facing vineyards, where humidity from the forest and sweeping winds make truffles feel more at home than vines, we have planted Burgundy clones, thus starting a unique experimentation. Monè – a silky white wine produced in a terroir known for its noble reds – has its heart in Burgundy and its identity in the Langhe.
